Terms of use
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Black Moon platform. By creating an account, you accept them.
1. Access to the service
The service is reserved for adults with legal capacity. Access requires an account with a valid email address, or a sign-in through a supported identity provider. Some features (investing in real assets, valuation, orders) may require identity verification (KYC).
2. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity from your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Report any unauthorised access without delay to contact@black-moon.tech.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Black Moon for unlawful purposes, bypass security measures or service limits, disrupt its operation, mass-extract data, or impersonate others. Information you provide (identity, supporting documents) must be accurate and up to date.
4. Simulation and real execution
Some modes (simulation, demo) execute no real order and are clearly flagged in the interface. Simulated results do not guarantee real results. Equity orders may be prepared in Black Moon and then placed by you at your broker.
5. No advice, risks
Black Moon is a technical tool and is not investment advice. Any investment carries a risk of capital loss; past performance does not predict future results. You alone decide on your transactions.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its code, trademarks, texts and visuals are protected. Circle grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the life of your account. You keep ownership of your strategies and data.
7. Suspension and closure
You may close your account from Settings > Privacy; deletion becomes final after a 30-day grace period. Circle may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, fraud or legal obligation.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided without a guarantee of continuous availability; maintenance or third-party incidents (brokers, blockchains, data providers) may affect it. These terms may change; significant changes will be brought to your attention.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Terms of sale for subscriptions are set out in the Terms of sale.
